Getting it together

Doug and I have gone through...well...how should I put it? Rough times with business.
We have taken chances on so many things now, only to watch them crumble to the ground. First, the working in the successful practice in Georgia as an associate. Sucked.
Then the trying to purchase our own practice in Michigan. Got screwed over.
Then the having a management company help us start a practice, and coach Doug. Sucked and screwed, (but this time they got a little back, so that was a balance).
Then we bought the practice. Overhead to high, no money.
Then taking on a partner to boost it up. The last two months, it went down the shitter with this partner. He is sucking us dry, while we foolishly let him.
Fuck them all!
Now, we have decided that that is the end of that. We are starting over, down the street from us, low overhead, as minimalistic as we can get, all cash (fuck the insurance companies that want Doug to be a slave), and he is just going to pound it.
We have renewed hope, and have taken away from every failed attempt, valuable lessons, and more experience. I feel a huge weight lifted off our shoulders, and finally feel that it is going to work, OUR WAY! HELL YES IT WILL!!!!
I guess we know now what it means to "Keep It Simple Stupid" (KISS)!
